The City of Unley, in partnership with the local community and industry partners, has committed to making King William Road Adelaide's most loved mainstreet.

Suggestions and feedback gained from more than 600 conversations with traders, residents, property owners and precinct visitors between May and August have informed the final design concept to create a vibrant and exciting precinct. This design concept was formally endorsed by elected members on August 27.

Following a thorough tender process, the City of Unley has appointed award-winning civil contractor, BMD Constructions to lead the civil construction works for the King William Road redevelopment. BMD Group has a strong reputation for delivering high quality design, construction and land development projects across South Australia. Check out the news page for more information about the appointment and further updates relating to the construction program and advanced notices of works, due to commence this month.
